Important Information
Our consultancy fee covers only the services provided by Mudita Student Consultancy. Please note that expenses such as university application fees, visa application fees, attestation, courier/postal charges, tuition fees, accommodation, registration fees, and other related costs are separately borne by the applicant, unless otherwise agreed upon and included in the consultancy fee at the time of enrolment.
We believe in complete transparency — there are no hidden charges from our side.

University Application Processing Fees – Key Information for Applicants:
Please note that while tuition is generally free at most public universities in Germany, applicants are required to pay an application processing fee, which typically ranges between €75 and €125 per application.
A similar policy applies to Iceland.
In Sweden and Finland, although non-EU/EEA students are subject to tuition fees, an additional application fee ( € 100) is also required at the time of submission.
We advise all prospective students to review the specific fee structure of their chosen university and program before applying, as fees may vary.
