Our consultancy fee for job seeker visa(s) is 1000 Euro.
If you have successfully completed vocational or academic training. It is important that the qualification is recognised by the country in which you obtained it. In addition, your vocational qualification must have required at least two years of vocational training, you are eligible to apply on the basis of points. You must score a minimum of six (6) points.
There are two possible scenarios:
A. Both partners apply simultaneously If both spouses are individually qualified and apply at the same time, one partner may receive an additional point under the eligibility criteria. However, both applicants must independently meet all requirements, including educational qualifications and financial proof.
B. Only one partner applies If only one spouse applies, the partner cannot accompany them initially under the Job Seeker Visa route. The applicant must first travel alone, secure employment in their field, and convert the Job Seeker Visa into a work permit or EU Blue Card. After that, the process of family reunification can be initiated to invite the spouse. Please note that final approval always depends on meeting the latest immigration requirements and the decision of the relevant German authorities.
- You can also apply for a 6 month visa.
- Provide a formal obligation letter (“Verpflichtungserklärung”) according to Sec. 66 to 68 of the German Residence Act covering the entire duration of stay, signed by a person living in Germany at the local competent office in Germany.
